Smart Reviews. Smarter Decisions.
A UX redesign for Skeepers
What is Skeepers ?
Skeepers is a European SaaS company specializing in customer engagement and user-generated content solutions.
The platform helps brands collect and amplify authentic customer feedback through video testimonials, reviews, and live shopping experiences, enabling them to build trust, boost conversions, and improve the overall customer journey.
Business Goals & Objectives
Improve the platform’s usability and ultimately increase Store Directors’ satisfaction and efficiency.
My research methods
After identifying key pain points through competitive analysis and user insights, I designed a mobile-friendly, intuitive interface with streamlined workflows. I created and tested wireframes and an interactive prototype to ensure alignment with user needs and business goals.
Competitive Analysis & Opportunities
I analyzed competitors like ReviewInc and Reviewly.ai to identify opportunities for Skeepers. While these platforms offer AI and review collection, they often fall short on brand customization and collaborative workflows. Skeepers stands out by combining smart AI reply tools, brand alignment features, and a mobile-first experience tailored to on-the-ground retail teams.
Design Goals
I proposed a smart, mobile-first review management experience for Skeepers, featuring AI-powered reply suggestions, brand-aligned tone controls, and offline-friendly mobile tools. To streamline workflows, I added bulk actions, team collaboration, and smart tagging. Finally, a performance dashboard with gamified motivation and sentiment insights helps teams stay responsive and improve continuously.
I designed Skeepers’ information architecture to ensure clarity and efficiency, using a structured, hierarchical layout for quick access to key features. By applying progressive disclosure and smart filtering, I reduced cognitive load and simplified review management for store teams.
Information architecture
Persona : Elisabeth Rosso
By creating specific personas like Pierre and Elisabeth, I was able to empathize with key user types, prioritize features that address their pain points, and align the product experience with their goals—ultimately designing a more effective, user-centered solution.
Sketch to wireframe
To design the Skeepers homepage, I started by identifying user pain points, then structured the information architecture for clarity. I sketched low-fidelity layouts and developed digital wireframes to test and refine user flows.
From wireframes to high fidelity
I transitioned from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity designs, ensuring a polished, user-friendly interface. I then established the design system, created high-fidelity UI designs, and developed an interactive prototype for final testing and refinement.
From High-Fidelity to Prototype
I translated the high-fidelity designs into an interactive prototype, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. The prototype was then tested to gather feedback and refine the design before final development.
Final Design
The final design evolved through user-centered iteration, refining features based on user research and testing.
Prototypes validated key functionalities like AI-driven response suggestions, streamlined workflows, and mobile optimization, leading to visual and interactive enhancements.
The result is a user-friendly platform that simplifies review management while aligning with brand guidelines and improving customer engagement.
